BEAUCE TOUR: CANADIAN PIER-ANDRÉ COTE, FIRST LEADER

HAVANA. The Canadian Pier-André Coté (Team Silber Pro Cycling), won the first stage of the Tour de Beauce, a segment run in the town of Saint Georges at a distance of 177 kilometers.

After André the Portuguese Ruiz Oliveira and the American John Murphy, their companions in the awards podium arrived at the finish line.

This Thursday runs the second stage of the turn, a section of 169 kilometers between Lac-Megantic and Mont-Megantic. (Copaci Press / www.cyclingnews.com)
