DEFINED COLOMBIA SELECTION FOR THE PAN AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP OF ROUTE 2018
BOGOTÁ. The national team Manzana Postobón will travel next May 2 to Argentina to compete in the Pan-American Road Championship, which will take place from May 1 to 6 in the province of San Juan.
The national coach, Carlos Mario Jaramillo, delivered a list of 12 cyclists to play the event that will deliver direct boxes to the next Pan American Games in Lima, Peru 2019. To meet the goal, the Antioquia coach will have an experienced and friction group international.
The presence of the Valle del Cauca Carlos Alzate, member of the selected in the world championships of Richmond 2015 and Doha 2016, and next to him will also be the medalists of the last edition Juan Sebastián Molano and Rodrigo Contreras.
Outstanding among the ladies is the return to the international level of Sérika Gulumá and the debut in the elite of Laura Sofía Castillo, runner-up of the Anapoima Clásica and member of the selection in international events such as the Youth Track World Championship, Italy 2017.
