TÁCHIRA, VENEZUELA. The Cuban team, which will start this January 12 in the 53rd Tour of Táchira, has already defined a payroll made up of experienced cyclists that start in 2018 with a view to making a great role in the Vuelta Grande de América, in the Vuelta to San Juan and the Central American and Caribbean Games to be held in Barranquilla, Colombia, from July 19 to August 3.
