The experienced 35-year-old cyclist Andisabel Luque ended the hegemony of Wilmarys Moreno and was crowned champion of the Women’s Tour of Venezuela 2024, which took place during three days on the roads of Aragua, Carabobo and Caracas.
Andisabel was accompanied on the final podium of the third edition of the Venezuelan race by her compatriots Wilmarys Moreno (M.M. deportes Diamante C.E.S) and Wilmary Pacheco (Fundación Angie González), who finished 2nd and 3rd, respectively.
In the youth category Fabiana Candela was the best, while in the master category Mariana Martinez of the M.M. Diamante C.E.S. sports team took the top honors, escorted by Anrrosy Paruta (Angie Gonzalez Foundation).
The third and last stage was won by youth cyclist Fabiana Candela with a time of 2 hours, 18 minutes and 7 seconds. The second position was occupied by Katiuska García and third was Lilibeth Concalvez, both with a delay of 4 seconds.
