After a long but productive process of consultations, debates and analysis in an active and constructive way where the National Federations that make up COPACI participated, we are pleased to inform you that the New Constitution of the Pan American Cycling Confederation was APPROVED by the favorable vote of the affiliated federations who exercised their right to vote.
In a process where transparency, equality, the search for methods and regulations that guarantee better governance and the participation of all, in non-discrimination and gender equality prevailed, we are sure that this new Constitution will strengthen us and help us improve our work and the development of continental cycling.
On behalf of the COPACI president, we want to thank all our members for their participation and support throughout the process.
Also thank the International Cycling Union, its President, the Director General, the departments of International Relations, Legal and the Ethics Commission for the support and permanent disposition to the consultations that we have needed during all these months of work.
