LIME. This Sunday, July 28, the Morro Solar, in Chorrillos, will be the scene of one of the most important disciplines of these 2019 Pan American Games Lima: mountain biking.
From 9 in the morning 34 athletes, 20 men and 14 ladies, will participate by rambling hills, climbs, descents and extreme obstacles in the competition in its Cross Country modality. The first turn is designated to the female competition.
To avoid setbacks, the Organizing Committee and the National Police of Peru have planned a street closure plan for this competition that will start from Saturday, July 27, from 11 p.m. to Sunday, July 28 at 3:30 p.m.
As reported, during these hours, Cipriano Rivas Avenue will be closed for vehicular passage and only pedestrian entry will be allowed, through the tunnel that leads to La Herradura beach.
In the north direction, the beach circuit will be closed from the mentioned beach to the height of the Salto del Fraile. (peru21.pe)
