From September 23 to October 1 the country will vibrate with the 63rd edition of the RCN Classic. There will be 9 days of racing, starting in Cucutá and ending in Alto del Escobero, with a time trial of 15.8 kilometers. Team Medellín EPM is the current champion of the competition, an achievement obtained the previous year with Aldemar Reyes from Boyacá.

In fact, the Antioquia continental squad will seek the fifth consecutive title in the ‘Duel of the Titans’: in 2019 with Óscar Sevilla, 2020 with José Tito Hernández, in 2021 with Fabio Duarte and last year with Aldemar Reyes.

José Julián Velásquez, sports director of the squad that represents the capital of Antioquia, defined the list of ten riders who will seek to defend the title: Óscar Sevilla, Fabio Duarte, Aldemar Reyes, Yeison Reyes, Brayan Sánchez, Javier Jamaica, Róbigzon Oyola, Danny Osorio, David Alejandro González and Diego Galeano.

As is traditional in the last Classics, this year again the mountains will be the protagonist. The race with the most history on the American continent, and in this edition it recovers climbs with a lot of tradition and that will always be appreciated by those who love the great challenges in cycling in our country.

The RCN Banco Agrario Classic, one of the most important competitions in the country, brings together the most outstanding runners from the last Vuelta a Colombia and promises a competition full of emotions.
