HAVANA. On Monday, the International Cycling Union (UCI) Seminar began in Panama City, sharing its projections contained in the objectives of the 2022 Agenda.
On the day of Tuesday, December 4, the Steering Committee of the Pan American Cycling Confederation (COPACI) will also meet in the Isthmian capital to analyze important issues of cycling in America.
